- A $15 Non-refundable deposit is required! (If you’re unable to make your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule)
- We accept the following payment methods (Cash, Cash App/Apple pay only)
- Please come with your hair washed and dried (minus any gels, or oils).
- We DO NOT rush our work. All ponytails take approximately 2hrs, so please book accordingly.
- Hair is NOT provided for all styles, please consult with the stylist about hair before your appointment.
- HAIR MUST BE AT LEAST PASS YOUR EAR IN LENGTH!

- PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!
- There is a 15-minute grace period before appointments are CANCELLED.
- SQUEEZE-IN appointments are + $10
- You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of service price for late cancellations and 50% for no shows.
- Please let's be considerate of each other's time.

- Clients who have been exposed to Covid-19 or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please RESCHEDULE your appointment.
- Hand sanitizer and masks are available throughout the Salon for client and staff usage.
- There is limited space in the Salon. You alone will be allowed in for service. There is a waiting room area with a television, just outside the service room.
- We schedule appointments to ensure there are no more than 4 people in the Salon at a time to ensure social distancing.
- Thank you for your support and for helping us maintain a safe environment for all.
